RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at hello@flat6.store. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-day cooling off period: If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Item must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
